Though the Gender Balanced Commission campaign&#039;s goal has been reached, I&#039;d still encourage you to sign the petition: the Commission won&#039;t be confirmed until Parliament gives assent (it will vote at the end of January), and any reshuffling could reverse the progress on the gender balance, so it would be good to have the petition to point to as a continuing sign of support for gender equality in the Commission (and the EU generally).</description>
